I have never met a Golden Retriever who was not the soul of exuberant joy, happiness, loyalty, and love. That is what I set out to capture in this painting, and I am so pleased with the results!
"LIESL" - BOXER, White
White Boxers were totally new to me when I began this challenging painting - a study of fine white hair, with skin and spots showing through! But I learned a lot doing it, and her personality really shines through. Turns out that white boxers make up about 25% of the breed! Who knew?

Golden Retrievers love with their whole heart, and it is written on their faces. Not only loyalty, but also a bone-deep ancient love that goes both ways between human and dog
